Shipping policy
Shipping - we will ship your order via DHL, FedEx or UPS using a standard service. We will try very hard to ship the order within the number of working days specified. If you need the order super quick then please get in touch with us at store@chiselandmouse.com and we'll see what we can do.
Sales - please note that it can take us longer to ship models during a sale period.
Returns - the following returns policy does not apply to bespoke models:
- We are happy to organise a full refund for online purchases if the model is faulty, broken or simply unwanted. However, if the model is simply unwanted it will be up to the recipient to organise and pay for the return postage, and we will pay the refund upon our receipt of the returned model.
