ARCHITECTURE GUIDES — BUILDINGS, ARCHITECTS & MOVEMENTS

We make architectural models for a living, and you can't model a building honestly without understanding it first. These guides are where that research ends up: the history, the structure, the architects and the arguments behind the buildings we know best. Each one is written in-house, kept up to date, and — where we've made the building — finishes with a model-maker's view of the details that only reveal themselves when you have to recreate them in plaster.

Start with an architect, a movement, or a building. Where a guide has a matching model, you'll find it linked from the page.

Many of the buildings above exist in our catalogue as handmade plaster models, cast in our Sussex workshop. And if the building you care about isn't there, that's what bespoke commissions are for.
